What has company said?

What has company said? From what I can see, on Oct 27 Fairfax India stated it was a long term shareholder in the Bangalore airport with no intention of selling.

On Nov. 16 Bloomberg found an anonymous source that claimed the company was considering an IPO for the airport.

Seems reasonably clear to me that Bloomberg is spreading a rumour for possibly nefarious purposes. Probably some holder who wants out started this rumour in hopes of boosting the share price or creating volume in an otherwise moribund stock.
