Delisted?

They would not have halted the stock on a Tuesday around 11:00AM
They would have halted it before opening on Friday morning and release news on Friday afternoon.
Just my opinion.   What do I know?

you hit the nail on the head...they are not delisting...and Friday news releases are always a curse.
