Why? FHN is a great business that didn't even see their deposits drop more than 5% - think it was 3.5 or something

Regional banks officially crashing after Federal Republic seizure and today's fed rate hike. With the complete instability of the US banking system TD can now either legitimately walk away from the deal or buy FHN later for pennies on the dollar.
