Clean Plus® Strategic Research has announced the development of a new wipe for hands, body and Decontamination perfected for use by field troops operating in difficult terrain. The wipe is anti-bacterial, lipo-protective and hypoallergenic.
This product is also available in a surface wipe.
Researchers opined that it may be ideal as against Chemical Warfare Agents, Toxic Chemicals etc. Clean Plus® surface wipes have proven themselves effective for cleaning up chemical warfare agents and toxic chemicals. Researchers found that new surface wipe out-performed 30 different decontamination materials, including materials currently used in military decontamination kits.
In developing this product, The Clean Plus® Product Group believes it is meeting the specific needs of today's military as, for example, expressed in a 2004 report to Congress published by the U.S. Department of Defense. In this and the March 2005 annual report, the department called for products such as this one to decontaminate people and military equipment as part of its Decontamination Science and Technology Modernization Strategy.
