Falken Industries operate very well last year, we can see that fromtheir annual report and also they had some very good business move.And they announced investment by its European Production Units. Theinvestments are motivated by increased demand, enhanced market share,a very favorable projection for 2011 and 2012 and a desire to ensureproduction capacity for both branded and private label productions.
