More money down the tubes?

Second tranche closed.  Now today's PR is saying, "The final closure of the private placement is extended until September 15,"

 

September 15th?  This is MASSIVE dilution.  Every time we do this, by the time we get to the final tranche, we are out of money.  We spend more money raising money than the money we raise.  

 

At least this is a new round of scorned investors.  That's my only justice.  Buying in above me with worthless warrants.  At least, that's the history.  Please prove me wrong.  

I hope we don't have to wait till September 15th when we blew all or money again before we start on the next project that never comes.  Can we do something yet?  At least hire a competent stock promoter?

2nd of 4 trenches -- now done. Also, 15th-Sep appears consistent to me with the amount of calander time that was used between 2nd, 3rd and 4th (and final) offering late last year. So, as the 4 trenches close down then yes, this springs private offering is still out there. e.g., a bit disappointing but still need to see the "quarterly" financials on the investments they made. to

There is at least an update on our wesite, suggesting maybe ETNs are coming soon: https://fineqia.com/ca/faq Not even the FAQ portion is finished.  It would be nice to pull in $1 a year to say we increased revenues by 1000%.  They don't have any money to make any investments.  Glass Slippers is going to be some off-balance sheet private fund as I understand it.  We

Yes, the FAQ page is barely 15% constructed/operable. Sooo ... let's see what our team does today -- as without FAQ -- we continue to look out-of-place/non-professional. As for "family/friends" on the last paperwork issued  -- I am praying that is a good thing!
