It's Roll Back TimeFoundation Resources Inc. has received the approval of its shareholders and the TSX Venture Exchange regarding the consolidation of its issued common shares on the basis of 10 old shares for one new share and the change of its name to Birch Hill Gold Corp. Effective at the opening of trading on Oct. 28, 2013, the company's common shares will be called for trading on the exchange under the new name of Birch Hill Gold on a consolidated basis. The company's new trading symbol will be BHG.
Glad I bailed on this miner long time ago. Wonder how long it will take before the new issued stock is at 1 cent?
