New meetings scheduled, they plan on making a committee consider a share consolidation. Originally delisted because approx. 35 cents a share, or 16 cents is undervalued on TSX, its worth a penny now.

It's amazing how they get away scamming the public.  These guys had over 50 cents per share cash and a billion dollar asset before they decided to delist it form the TSX.  Then they give ...more

i Just got the proxy in the mail... paying 5 cents, well under cash and NAV.  Total scam. Any way to compain to the OSC and halt the meeting?
