That was always the case.  It's the real money maker though ! Jim

Yes, the Tlicho missed the ball on the big prize, and should have allowed the metallurgical plant on their territories.  The met plant will outlive Nico and will be generating high-paying high tech jobs for many generations.

Who knows.....in addition to the Nico mine, they could just as easily participate in the project in Lamont ! Would certainly be a long term income source ... who knows the discussions behind closed doors  regarding a long term participant agreement - obviously total speculation.  RG presentation in Lamont could have been company news along with some update but again we miss the mark on
