If i had to guess, I would say the stock is being supressed to buy back at a lower price by the company, as per the news today. This is a possitive sign?, when the powers at be fill their boots, we may finally realize the full potential of this pain in the a$$ stock.

You got to realize that this stock has been beaten down past all their capital raises. All those potential 7.50/$15 warrants are deep underwater for those they grabbed those funds from. They clearly thought too highly of themselves, having warrants potentially at $30 strikes. This has been a royal fail & all they can really do now is print shares & raise money. The "businesses"

Not short, but was in this since the Millinium days and watching the many people that got this pushed to them by Canadian Inv. Banks players, only to now watch it flounder is painful. Many are looking at 50%+ red here, much more if they were drilled on any of the 3 R/S.  Now the divesting of assets will begin, esentially the stripping down to pure patent play. Now i get your general scepticism, disdain and upset Hellz...anyone who got in during those days was taken to the cleaners. Unfortunately the Mgmt and Board of that company were a bunch of charlatans and scam artists -- some of whom are still plying their trade elsewhere in different public companies today. Let's not forget the last of those 3 R/S were done under the merged entitity of Torque/Engine. So even if you're a year in here, you were made 1/15th whole in your share position. This has not been kind to many. There was an orchastrated pump in IB houses in Canada to get retail to buy into this ticker. Many were told of many happenings coming & many ran with the inner tip & went

More precisely the merged entity was Frankly/Torque/Winview. You mention the 1 for 15 consolidation that happened -- no one was bilked out of anything...everyone simply received 1 share valued at the equivalent of 15 of their existing shares -- kind of purposefully misleading it seems the way you write about the consolidation. If you load up a chart of this stock from a year ago - you can see that

BiOps, Clearly, you are a true believer here! You are outright saying the R/S wasn't a bilking. If you had 150 shares of it at $1, at the end of that 1:15, you are now looking at 10 shares at a $15 entry. With the 150 share you had the opportunity to make $150 for every $1 move. After it, a $1 move on your 10 shares makes you $10. So GTFOH with that BS on misleading. Do the math! Shareholder
