Ha..Ha..Ha...So now their going into hock to fight this case. Well isn't that just peachy keen!
Regardless of what happens I believe they are still gonna have to come up with money not only to repay this debt at some point and to keep the doors open so to speak. And that means one thing....possibly some big time dilution.
Heres my idea how they could settle this suit said with tongue firmly in cheek: Why don't they ask the Columbian government to pay them in cocaine? I bet this whole affair would be settled in no time flat!
