They didn't get the bid period shortened to 35 days, which was key to them subverting the HIP bid. I think everyone pretty much thought that the poison pill provisions would not be upheld. Now if we can get the 38% excluded from the vote, the HIP acquisition should proceed, and we will wait for ACB's next move.

They didnt get it shortened YET....still two more days of hearing, Great first day for ACB, means they cam approach more cannimed shareholders to lock up more shares.

lol you must not have read the article very well.  The hearing is not over.  As of getting the 38% excluded from the vote?  Are you serious? That would never ever happen.  You are delusional for thinking the HIP deal will provide any value to CMED.
