The relationship between CMED and HIP is deep...

In looking at SEDAR document for both Cannimed (CMED) and Newstrike Resources (HIP), these two companies have been working together for some time to make this merger happen.

Here is an example:

"On September29, 2017, Newstrike issued the Convertible Debenture with a principal amount of $4.0 million to a wholly-owned subsidiary of CanniMed, secured by way of a first mortgage charge on the land and buildings of the Niagara Facility."

The way Cannimed operates is a lot more conservative than high flyer Aurora who doesn't even own the land on which Aurora's flagship Sky is being built on.

This makes me want to sell my ACB to purchase more CMED?  Does anyone else own both?  What are you doing?
