When Aurora gave an offer to Cannimed share holders they gave an offer for that time. All cannabis stocks are very volitile. Even if it were at 2 to 1 i think thats pretty good myself. Anyway I think the big pictiure here is growth for the future. Two big companies with different things to offer make one fantastic one. Maybe then they will give Canopy Growth a good run for their money together. When the CEO of a company is threated for their job, their desperate and will do anything, say anything. Hip sorry is not in my opinion gonna give cannimed power to ever beat or yet match Canopy Growth. As an investor think about long term. Growth = Power = $$$$$$$$$$$$$
