This is how stupid brent zettl is..

By filing this lawsuit he is open to two lawsuits. If the price of acb or cmed drops on monday he can be sued for that. If the takeover bid does not go thro he can know be sued for that as well. Cannimed stock will be worthless if takeover bid fails. Good one zettl way to protect your shareholders.

I agree 100%. He is obviously going rogue and this is all on him now but let's not forget it is us that is paying for it. Regardless BZ will remain rich while he throws away our investments all because of pride. Doesn't seem right to me guys.

hopefully there is some way to file a personal lawsuit against him and not the company.
