jubatus1, have you see that a private fund just acquired over 8% of CMED? The same fund did a private placement with CBW just in December.  CBW being both the largest royalty cannabis play and now a possible swing vote connected player on the ACB takeover should make CMED even more interesting than it already is. The merger agreement has lockups but also provides a means to accept better ...more

Yes I did see mm asset management owns 8% of Cmed and when warrants are exercised they can own 31% of CBW at current stock float.
