No, as I mentioned, I was willing to go underwater at $33 but I did take some profits here in the $36 range on the trading portion because I was "all in".  The uplift from WEED positive news might be short lived.  CMED is still my largest holding but I needed to take profits here and on WEED on the immediate term. CMED is 100% tied to ACB and ACB is under attack at this point ...more

I have never been "all in" any stock,  that is very risky, no one knows where the bottom is.  take some profit and reload at lower cmed $30-$33 is ok .  anything >$35 I am not realy interested. I am still seating @cmed30. wait for conversion.  I agreed,  ACB need some good news to hold sp above $11.40 I also have a small position on WEED.  not bad today ...more

all the weed stocks got a lift from the good news from Canopy.  Why did all the weed stocks tank after the news about Aurora sky getting their cultivation license? I thought for sure acb and cmed were going to be green the week after the announcement but it proceeded to be a bloodbath the following week.   I find sometimes that good news doesn't necessarily coincide with the ...more

getting cultivation license is a good new  but the most exicted was 100,000 marijuana plants arrived at Vancouver International Airport Saturday to be cultivated in a network of greenhouses in Langley, B.C.  in my opion, this gives investors more confidence in the whole sector.  .

Aurora's announcement of the cultivation license was muted by the wider market panic at the time.  The Canopy news was actually more impressive since it was all over the TV news with guys planting the new arrivals. Aurora has a big white space with zero plants.    We got a nice pop today and likely tomorrow unless it fizzles out early because both the markets and sector were ...more

Buddy!  You pulled the trigger too early on your last buy but it looks like you did well taking some off the table!  Who the hell wouldn't take a 10% day considering the broader market conditions. Looks like CMED2x flight might open up again buddy!  This time you're invited but you have to jump on fast!  Princess is going to be losing some weight again.  She kinda ...more

I think we have "waiver of conditions" in the all-cash election.  I'm not tendering my shares since the "take up date" is not clearly defined and can be accelerated by Aurora.  That's stated in numerous places.  In addition, once they are tendered, you can't trade them since you have "offered" them.  Yes, you can withdraw but TD told me ...more

GT:  Must be running late for lunch as you are making me hungry here.  LOL Anyways, surprised that you would have tendered your shares so soon since we still don't know where the share price for ACB will be in a couple weeks from now.  Am I to assume that you must have selected the all-cash $43 option with the current ACB stock price still sitting in the $10 range only? I ...more

GT:  Well, since I don't see Aurora being able to get their share price up into the $12 - $13 price range within the next couple of weeks, I think virtually all of the CMED shareholders will opt for the all-cash $43 Option 2 selection by the time it's all said and done. If this is the case and with a $140M max cash payout, then it looks like all of the CMED shareholders would be ...more

GT, you've answered the question. You have NO IDEA if your shares were untendered since Scotia "thinks" it should not be a problem. Next time you call, try to get the same broker and tell him he's an idiot.  He should go shinning shoes not helping average investors.  The "time frame" is flexible!!!  Remember, this is a Market Monster "deal" ...more
