Much safer not to tender and sell them over the market at $36.50!  You assume that ACB will remain above $10 but with the flood of new shares being given to CMED holders, why would CMED holders hold on to $10.50 cash in ACB with massive insider selling happening there when they can go to bettter options? I'd pick APH and WEED over ACB as an investment.  ACB as a trade works but
