7. A board of directors who cancelled share issuances for the sole reason that they don't have money to pay the transfer agent fees, thus, they are unable to issue themselves shares.

He'll fit well with the current board. It'll look good on his CV. Maybe they'll do something? 17 months of no business, no plans, and share capitalization reduction of $60,000,000...sure, "let him have the job."
