SEC approves shareholder meeting

Where's your news release Mr.Hales on the September shareholder meeting. Heard the date will be soon be released. Stay tuned, until then danny boyyy is trying to use deceit and trickery "a new company". 22 months of nothing dan, now he knows the vote is approved and he is trying to do something. I'm sure the new elected board will deal with all issues.
