RE:Great Bear Royalties To Be Acquired For $200 Million In All-Better to be lucky than to be good!!     I ended up with a few shares at $4.80ish average price.  Seems like a fair offer.   A little more than 10% of the price for the Property on a 2% NSR.  Will vote FOR this deal.    GLTA.
