news is out and consolidation is happening on 04/12....no mention of financing

Go back and view he Swiss capital videos on the website. Wolfe says they need $3 to 3.5 M and may offer it to existing share holders. Right now there is buying to hold price up as much as possible for the PP. I expect that will continue till the Placement is filled. Pretty hard to get rid of Wolfe. If Wolfe pulled his money out I would expect Rivi would sieze the lexington.as security. Any loan holder who's agreement is in default, could call the loan. Any Bank which has extended a Commercial Credit line can at any time if their officer feels the repayment of the line is in Jepardy , Both cancel the credit line and demand repayment in full on the balance. & ...more
