Leftbook? Working for PWC? Another Company?

Looked at your profile and you registered exactly the day that RCG became insolvent. You said that you are interested what is going on with RCG and Atlantic Canada and all the other comapnies you have shares in in Atlantic Canada , but I have npticed that every sngle post you have made is only for RCG and 0 for any other companies you have shares in.

IT would make sense if you posted on other bullboards to find out opinions or rumours they may have about RCG and its insolveny or merger rumours since you have posted so much on the RCG bullboard and all after February 1st, the day that RCG became insovent and you became a memebr.

In fact, there are 500 posts of yours in 5 months and 0 before February 1st., Who are you exactly?

You have all the numbers and Hunterf Capital info and all otther info on RCG at your disposal right away and I don't knwo any other investor that does.

I guess it really doesn't matter who you are, but what you think?

At what [rice do you think RCG is bought or at what value do you think the company is worth for everything?

just a shareholder trying to understand/verify a position I took This is the only one that went due south. price wise. Happens. My other investments have taken care of themselves. This board is repetitive and not very user friendly. I cut and paste my posts. Sometimes I make changes to my ideas based on the feedback of others including yours. My perspective is that RCG's numbers are a ...more

Numbers wont really matter. PwC has no competition of bidding in place and as I was told everyone knows what the secured creditors are owed and that is all that needs to be covered for rcg to not to be taken over by sprott lending and sold at a later date. So 10 million to sprott and 2.3 to CRA. then unsecured creditors are due next and if half gets paid we survive. If not, we lose the company as ...more

You have said that repeatedly to no avail. You are attempting to see into a black box. It can not be done. There are numerous path for Sprott Lending and other creditors to receive their cash. My approach is to value the business. Asses the discount (or premium) after the deal. Recalibrate and move on.

Damian, why are talking down the stock ?   Is it to shake weak hands and buy more.
Comment by damianchosenone on Jun 27, 2019 3:32pm
How can I buy more? Its halted! I have a majority of my life savings in it! Why would I buy more? In talking down as there is no up! We are done! Doomed ! Screed over! Gold investment was 10 times lower than cryptos and cannabis and the investment that existed wasnt in small cr@ppy juniors. We screwed up investing and believing management! They all argued with each other. Was dysfunctional all ...more

If you value it at, say, 7c/sh and trades at 3.5c per share you might consider adding if you believe the business plan. ANX trades below book value. 80% of book value. Price is likely lagging the value added due to drilling.

We are goung to lose rcg properites as they will be sold off. There will be no value or chance ot buy or sell.  Some other company and other shareholders wil make money and we will lose all of ours as current shareholders!
Comment by damianchosenone on Jun 27, 2019 3:54pm
PwC stated secured first and unsecured next and then if anything shareholders. Check insolvency success stories in canada with shareholders and large secured debits. 2 percent success. All bidders knew is that secured and cra needed 12 million and then pay unsecured enough that they take a haircut or the largest majority unsecured votes on an approval and rcg is someone else's and we are ...more

There are too many ways the secured and unsecured creditors to be paid to latch on to an idea that it is an asset sale. Merger scenario KL, to chose, your dream example could buyout the company for cash to the creditors and shares to the existing shareholders. Their valuation and their math does not have correspond to your valuation and your math. Cash buyout scenario Some company could buy out ...more

Outcome is easy! Nobody wants to admit it, thats all!! Sprott wants all their cash and that is wht RCG managment and PWC chose the top 4 bidders based on ebign cash heavy; other bidder soffered mor ein shares an dless in cash. All know that 12.2 million needed to pay off secured creditors. All lnow that paying off a littl emore than half of unsecured creditors will get  an accepted propsoal ...more

In a week or a bit more pwc will be posting the results that rcg's assets were sold and that the secured lenders were paid off and some of the unsecured credits were paid off and unfortunately shareholders were too dumb to realize years ago they were manipulated and lied to and now lost all their money!
