Yes, the City confirmed on the phone last week that the Final PDP for Sage Ranch was filed on November 17, 2022.

Bigger question for news releases is why nothing was released about the sale of 28.75 acres of property (according SEDAR and SEC filings) that belong to GRB to Paul Morris's holding company. This is a plot of land that is situated in the heart of the City, is extremely valuable for development and yet nothing has been mentioned. Isn't Greenbriar LLC  a separate co. and if so the transfers don't affect GRB and shouldn't show up in their(GRB) disclosures?

Haven't looked into the filings for this topic specifically, but I'm thinking in the same direction, 9Islucky although I'm not an accountant. A parent company (like GRB) that owns a wholly-owned subsidiary (like Greenbriar US LLC) has to account for its subsidiary using the consolidation method. So GRB needs to consolidate the results of Greenbriar US LLC into their statements. Don ...more
