Might help if the market market makers are being too greedy scalping little retail guys but on the other hand, the problem is the lack of liquidity. Picking off some of the already scarce float won't help. A big secondary financing of the order of 20% of shares would help but obviously current shareholders aren't keen on selling here. Maybe if oil crashes a seller will shake loose
