The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 3,759,319 shares at a deemed price of 59.8512590 cents to the vendors of Tumbleweed Farms, settling milestone payments toward the Tumbleweed Farms acquisition in the amount of $2.25-million.
Number of creditors: four creditors
Insider: Calvin Hansson, $652,500, 1,090,202 shares at 59.8512590 cents
The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
