Opportunity Awaits
Picking up on all dips. The longs getting impatient so it seems.
The old cliche....
Out with the old
In with the new.

ANON has done a good job today to spook some shareholders. Buying on a dip in a uptrend and going into Q2 should be a good strategy.

Q2 should be about $11.5M to $12M. I don't expect any signfificant $ from SaaS in Q2 and perhaps only a minor contribution in Q3. Waiting for a large contract to impact Q3, related to Alstom / CRRC or SEPTA. In the meantime upgrade cycle to PaaS in K-12 should help with hardware sales.

One would think that ANON would be pleased with a higher share price to sell into.

No doubt, they are accounting for half of the sell order volume today. It makes it harder for the share price to rise if they keep depressing it by hitting the bid. I guess a news release is needed so they can sell into the volume.

Yes, it's a large order that just showed up. I of course don't know if it will stick around. A week ago or so we saw the smaller Questrade order at .70 get pulled and that led us to new highs.

FWIW, that large sell order at .80 we saw yesterday appears now at .85. It may be used to manipulate the market.

How large are we talking?

320K, good enough for an institution to chew on. BTW, if you look at PNG (Kraken) it was noted that large blocks started to move in the 2nd week of January and Pender Funds was the buyer. Since then, Pender has accumulated about 14M shares or about 7% of the company and the share price has advanced about 70%.

Yes and 60K of the 70K has been there since Feb. 7.

Is it time to leave them in the dust?!

FWIW, the 320K at .85 is no longer there, only 20K sits at .85 now. It won't take much buying interest (say with a news release) to move this higher. .85 is about a 12X current EPS multiple.

What I meant to ask Ciao is.... Do you think ANON and market maker have a common denominator???

Is ANON a bot, scalping? If not a bot, Is it the same firm? Theories on what is going on here? At 1:41 they bought about 63K shares at .65 and from1:41 to 2:01 they sold 29K at .66.

Worrying who is buying or selling on a daily basis is a waste of time and will potentially drive you nuts. Do your DD and establish a for you acceptable valuation. If the stock drops below, buy it. If it gets ahead of your value assumption, sell it. Not talking about a core but a trading position.

I'm in agreement. I'm just curious about trading dynamics and manipulation.

Ciao ... Why worry about things you can't change? Trading is easily manipulted. Fundimental value is NOT. If you are good trader, trade the manipulation. If you are not, buy or sell based on your valuation assumptions. I for one am taking advantage of this pullback by averging up. GSI is my largest microcap position and I thank the trading algos for allowing me to further build this position.

I'm surprised our little stock was hit so hard in this general market dump. Margin calls? Big stocks in panic mode on either side of the border.

Its all good. Game players engaged in game playing. The problem lies within the peeps doing stop loss. You can manipulate this way unless it's there for the gobble. I personally don't do stop loss. Never liked it!! Feeds into the demise. I cashed in one stock earlier today. I'll be buying more tomorrow.

if it keeps moving up, then maybe that's probably just the market maker providing liquidity in case a big buyer comes in and wipes out all the ask
