We already had an reserve split 1:3.
And 50 Mill. warrants in the pipe line.

What does that have to do with the price of rice in China?! The company HAD more shares outstanding prior to the acquisition of PNO Resources. Part of the buyout agreement was to restructure the company into a position of strength (read lower shares o/s) because management realized that there will come a time and place when dilution was needed so better to bite the bullet now instead ...more
