Todays volume 6 mil or so saw a big block dump at $1.20 so be weary of anyone trying to run this up higher because it would only be to dump what they bought.

The permit is what is required to really get the SP moving. Bouncing up and down based on traders attempts at making money or minimizing losses without considering metal prices is not going to help
