Traders still trading

Looks like the traders are once again taking the share price down. They likely would have picked some in the 30's and are happy to flip them for a dime. Volume is low. Investors will be needed to chew through the traders shares and get the SP moving up once again. NPV is at least $3, so a takeover should have a premium............................what are we doing here?
