Great Lakes sold a good old producing property to a company to develope ,which gives them Canadian access to graphite ,if glk developed property they would issue more shares don't ya think then were would we all be ? Why all the negative reactions if you feel like it's a sham then get out ,I come here to read positive not this bed wetting dribble .

I think it can be alot of thing. Could be a merger/acquisition. Could be a supply agreement with a mid-cap/large-cap company so that would lead the price higher. Beside that I don’t know why they would halt the stock.

could also be something like a change in business or a change in name. Won’t have any effect on the SP

Unfortunately this is true, if they give the news. Hoping that is not the case this time and we get great news on Monday! Monday's are usually good news.

Probably no more mining & a name change. Could be. If so It might come with contract news. That would be the best news seeing as how quiet GLK has been for quite a while.

I saw UMB.c halted for 1 month or so last year while they changed name + their core business. From UMB.c to CANN.C (wish I had invested in this stock from 0,03 to 0,50 in 6 month) So it could be a change in business (since they sold lochaber) and a partnership/supply agreement
