Green play coming off bottom
If you want a play coming off bottom that still hasn't popped, but has all the ingredients to move. Cli still stills low in the green space arena. Most water plays are trading at the 52 week highs this is still going through early accumulation.. it's a safe entry in a hot sector... have a look for those you want in to a run BEFORE it lifts.. glta
