G Mining Ventures Corp. GMINF

Primary Symbol: T.GMIN

G Mining Ventures Corp. is a mineral exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of precious metal projects, to capitalize on the value uplift from successful mine development. GMIN is well-positioned to grow into the next mid-tier precious metals producer by leveraging strong access to capital and proven development expertise. GMIN is currently anchored by its flagship Tocantinzinho Project in mining friendly and prospective State of Pará, Brazil. Tocantinzinho is an open-pittable gold deposit containing 2.0 million ounces of reserves at 1.3 g/t. The Project is fully financed and currently under construction, with commercial production anticipated in 2H 2024. The deposit is open at depth, and the underexplored 996km2 land package presents additional exploration potential.

RE:RE:RE:2 week losing streak

RE:RE:RE:2 week losing streakWell I guess I was correct in being "a little jittery" about GMIN .... it would appear that the company has pi$$ed away all the upside for existing shareholders with the RGD acquisition and dilluted the heck out of us :-(

Perhaps the acquisition will be a great one but I smell a rat and figure we may be lucky to come out whole when the deal closes and the 1 for 4 consolidation occurs.

THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THE DEAL IS THAT GOLD MINING STOCKS HAVE GIVEN IT TO ME UP THE AZZ SO OFTEN THAT IT DOESN'T HURT ANYMORE!!
