Inhaled seralutinib, which is designed to act on both isoforms of the PDGFR, a and ß, as well as the CSF1R and c-KIT pathways. In addition to PAH, seralutinib holds the potential as a therapeutic option for the treatment of pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease (PH-ILD).
