So TBP shareholders just get Northbud shares when they list? How does that work? Will a Northbud position just appear in my portfolio or do I have to fill in some form or something? Any info would be appreciated, sorry if it's a dumb question, haven't had this happen to me before.

It will be treated like a dividend payment only with shares so your account will be automaticly credited. You will not have to do anything.

Seen that tatctic used a thousand times. The entity stock being given out becomes worthless soon as everyone wants to sell. No buyers are interested in buying something that someone else got for free and both stocks WILL crash. That tactic is usually played on the pinks or OTC. See ya in the .30s and lower .......

When I owned some PUF shares and they did a spin off, the shares just showed up in my portfolio. Not sure if TBP, northbud will do the same.

That's also what the sedar filings from northbud say, 10 for 1.
