A Billion

Would anyone want to hazzard a guess as to what a buyout price might be $5.00 a share is just over a billion dollars and that still seems low based on what R&D cost off bringing a drug to market and if it was offered I don't think anyone would say no.

How about $1.25:@ share! Let's be realistic!
Comment by jackthebear1 on Jan 31, 2020 10:36am
No way 1.25 could buy this ,think about potential revenue and multiples of 20-30 and you start to see a number and its not $1.25. I don't think $5.00 is out of line. How ever does buy it is buying a marketable line aswell as a pipeline that is also highly probable to get an FDA green light. That is worth alot of money.

I hope you are correct! I just think that 125% premium to last sale is decent!

Say ZENA is bought out..... What does this mean to me, as a Canadian shareholder?  Would we get an offer to sell our shares at $xx?  I've not gone through a buyout before and don't know what to watch(out) for. Thank you
