Warrants
They are another way to capitalize Tetra but the one thing that can happen is they don't follow the same trajectory as the stock at the present for every 3 cents the stock gains the warrants would need to gain 1 to be equal. My experience is they rarely do. But as there is so much time left it shouldn't make much difference.

I agree with you, however if they do not track the stock and it goes from 2.8 leverage to 3.5, that's fine, just excercise and take the spread. At the current 2.8xs I think they are undervalued by probably 50% and are a bargain and just in the money. Just another way to play it and minimize downside risk. glta
