Guys the pp is at 40 cents so the bankers want to make money so they should sell higher. The warrants are not tradable so they cannot make money out of it. The 25 million shares are equivalent to last Friday + Monday traded shares. Yes dilution is not timed right. It could have been done at higher price once results are announced. But it is not the end of the world. Most of companies do that and typically it lower than sp.

I agree and really satisfied that warrants aren't tradable, timing not a fan of at all, as for the board we know who we're voting out. Still a believer of the science and when results or ards trial come we will be good. Glta

25 million shares are about 7% of floating so assuming they give it for free not for 10 millions that the impact on the company assuming same market value. I still think timing is wrong and should have got a better deal. The company worth way more than that imo

Reality... As of the March 2 bought deal close including the upsizing and over allotmentment there are approximately 360M shares outstanding and 207M warrants. With the announcement today and assuming the 15% over allotment is taken for a total of 29M shares and 29M warrants the totals will be 389M shares and 236M warrants. So, the actual dilution will be 8.0%.  So the warrants are $.51

People are upset bc Guy played with their feelings by doing a classic pump. Not much else to it. Being confronted with this people now again question anything which has been said recently, especially in the WSR interviews, and how far in the future things really are.

I think I was clear here that I was not happy about timing and the price. Imo this worth more than 40 cents and we could have got a much better deal. Tetra worth way more than 40 cents imo.

This deal  was not decided on yesterday morning. This was thought out and decided upon likely once the SP reached $.50 because they needed more funding to get the trials done. This deal provides the cash they need with minimal dilution for the shareholders, 8% is not worth didcussing if the Quixleef head to head trial goes through, we won't even be thinking about this deal. I have no doubt about the solid fundamentals here. Just want to maximize my return. I emailed guy last night and expect answers. I think we could have got more than 40 cents and better terms imo.
