Jim Cramer

Jim Cramerwas gushing about GSAT & its speculative promise yesterday while TSX was on vacay.

1. GSAT has applied to the FCC about rezoning its broad spectrum to accommodate wi-fi for the likes of Verizon etc.. Tight now it can't do this w/o permission. The time process of comments, complaints, replies etc has closed & now it's up to the FCC to make ruling by the end of the yr. or sooner.
Cramer said that the value given to this spectrum (of which there is a shortage) is more than the whole
comoany is valued at now according to his DD.
2. Shortage of spectrum as alluded to above.
3. Opportunity to sell/JV/outright sell the company because of this new-found/revaluing  asset.
4. speculative investment as the FCC could say no, but industry is starved for spectrum & there have been virtually no serious objections.
5. Decision by the end of the yr for sure, but could be earier!
