Why
Today I tried to buy some GBR @ different prices below $12us and it kept saying my limit price is above the ask price and my buy order went through but I didn't get any shares all day? It showed there was a bid and ask of $12.32 and $12.34 all afternoon. What's up with that?

I bot stock at $12US and sold at $12.53 via Fidelity.
