Preparing for a Newmont buyout

In the PR is: Mr. Skead most recently worked as the Director of Geoscience at Newmont Goldcorp. They hired him to enhance the creditability of the NI43-101 report to Newmont, since he had worked there. Worth the wait for that buyout day.
