Land/Buildings is worth more than the business - for the love of God Baker just sell the real estate or buy us out!!

That is the end game here. I don't why management is waiting and waiting and waiting. FOR WHAT? Retail is dead and the sooner they admit it, the faster shareholders can get some money back.

The one thing that makes me a bit more comfortable with this play is that Baker has skin in the game now The Saks property in NYC alone is worth more than the whole retail arm of this business.
