My price is still $18. If forced out litigation will ensue.
On the other hand, if this offer dies on the vine, next years's price will be $22. The SAKS flagship store alone is worth $5 billion USF, less the 20% mortgage on it

I'm about even now - but i'm hoping Lit will weigh in with an offer. Still a possibility, he has the connections and leverage to put together a second offer and spin off the company into a separate real-estate dev. Things getting interesting now Good luck everyone
