Strange that Echelon was selling today.........

This does not bode well since they just took down the latest financing or am I not getting something here.

They only sold 125,000 shares. Nothing to worry about... if you gave someone $2,000,000 in lieu of $2,000,000 in shares at .065c and sold some at .10c you would be laughing too

Really, selling 125000 shares to make less than 2 k profit. This surely do not give one confidence in this deal at all. Remember, they were buying when the SP was lots higher in price, why sell NOW and at an average of .08 cents?. This does not look good. JMHO Trincan

 Cause many others were selling.  Just  following the others that sell. No other reason  other than to reduce holdings.  Could have bought into the PP and have lots for a core holding.

i am new to this board  but  have been lead to understand that this type of thing is common practice  for folks buying into a PP.  Get the PP at lower price  with hold period  , sell existing or borrowed shares  at price above PP  and  then replace them with the stock with a hold period. Besides  what are we talking about here?  $  11 ...more
