Hola ! windywolf,...I've been enjoying the good weather... looks like good news is just around the corner, next week ? How many shares of QIMC does HPQ have  ? 3 million I  believe ?.. QIMC shares have risen to $0.28 cents from $ 0.015  a couple of months ago.... Looks like QIMC  has a ways to go with their hydrogen properties .... this is money in the bank , the icing on

3 000 000 shares is an option which cannot be monetized before 1.5 years, I believe. If there is more info, it is well hidden in MD&A or otherwise.burried. The 3 million shares are not fully owned by HPQ, as I understand it.

Correction: Under the terms of the arm's length transaction, the Company issued 3,000,000 Acquisition Units to HPQ. Each Acquisition Unit is comprised of one Acquisition Share and one-half of an Acquisition Warrant, with each whole Acquisition Warrant entitling HPQ to acquire one common share at a price of $0.15 for a period of three years expiring August 30, 2025.
