cjsell or others can give an update?

The meeting should have been long over.  How did it go?  Did anyone from management show up?  Did they answer any of your questions?  What was the overall vote?
Thanks

I did attend the meeting which was run by HRG Director Andrew Matthews. Both resolutions passed as expected. There was a brief discussion after the meeting where cjsell and I tried to get across the idea that it was in HRG's and Severstal's interest to better promote HRG. i.e., there must be good news to report, why doesn't HRG get it out? I think I have been "outed" here! I was betting on them thinking you were cjsell, since only two of us were asking questions!  Too funny. As expected not much of anything was said about HRG, or current events nor pending news for obvious reasons. I did comment to the Cassel's partner in attendance on the excellent job they have done in stifling the ...more

I then mused how long HRG can "sit" on news of a material nature. Say acertain company has signed off on something important, how long can HRGsit on this news without disclosure? Regretfully, this a a grey areaand bla bla bla. In other words HRG or could have the cure for cancerand there is nothing to compel then to do anything. ============== Actually it is not a grey area at all and ...more

In my post of Jan.24, 2011 I mentioned that I had forwarded some questions to HRG Investor Relations (i.e., info@hrg.ca) which CEO Konstantin Sobolevskiy handles himself. His answers to the specific questions were: ' 1. We anticipate that the exploration resuts at Irokinda and Zun-Holba may be available in the first half of 2011 2. Currently there is no news on the Prognoz bankruptcy ...more
