Too risky to put Harte into receivership
SL stands a chance to be outbid and loose mine
I don't understand why Appian and new gold collectively loan harte the money to get rid of BNP/SL loan
then Appian and NG control mine

Because Appian is too greedy, 19 % int, wow. maybe they will change their position when out of options. Some entity needs to pay all debts, update mine equip if needed. V long term loan payable by performance and production. If they can get to 1200 / day, maybe numbers look doable and then reap potential area. It is the High Grade in demand today "There is gold everywhere" :]

Maybe so but I find it hard to believe that Appian is going to roll over and play dead and loose all their shares (interest paid in shares)

Dear Specific, Get a life ! the key thing with any investment is to No when to hold and No when to fold, Its sad you blame others for your investment, If you invested because I Belived then you lose, I took my profit when it was +.70 cents, and dropped a shite load into GLO $$$$ GLTA
