Since this brd seems to talk about all, hypotheticals,.....
Does anyone know what happens to our shares and voting rights if shares are delisted, Should the company have a succesfull bidder and that there is a little left for us share holders, do we get the distrubution eventhough we are delisted?
I guess we might have some answers after the bell, but in the meantime I would appreciate a response to my question.
Thanks ahead of time.

First our voting rights are with the court which will either allow silver lake to take possession or if an auction whatever surplus over the Silver Lake stalking horse valuation is bid. second if there is surplace cash from the winning bid, that amount will be distributed pro rata per share

If any value left we will continue to trade but maybe get delisted from TSE to over counter or other exchanes? R
