IMO and speculation, there has been some power struggles in corporate governance.  This board has talked about MM not being able to be the CEO and on the board.  IF he stayed on as ceo, than the hedge fund group could gain another spot on the board.  Also, if there are dusters, don't you think they would sacrifice him then?
