Petro Rio S.A. > I'm Out!
View:
Post by Wisee on May 13, 2013 1:42pm

I'm Out!

It's seldomly good news when key executives leave the Company.

I bought HRT because I believed in MM. Now that he is gone, I'm also out.

Good luck to everyone.

I've redeployed my money into a little known company (PRD.V).

I'm only up 20% in the last 30 days, but I see PRD being a 5 bagger in the next couple of months (similar to HRT if they hit).

Wisee selling out is the tell...the dumb money runs for cover on news of mm and perez on huge volume but share price holds at $1.00...but the smart money is buying...I believe the resignations of mm and perez were orchestrated by the hedge funds to drive down the price so they could buy big ahead of good news on HRT 11 and wingat
Comment by nomomoney24 on May 13, 2013 4:09pm
Would not be there first crime.
Comment by robnhood on May 13, 2013 4:11pm
LOL,, I highly doubt that Friday afternoon they decided to pull a fast one on their poor beaten up shareholders.
Comment by nomomoney24 on May 13, 2013 4:13pm
Hey if they did pull a fast one it wound net the 10's of millions.
Comment by gusgold on May 13, 2013 4:14pm
Hood, They knew what would happen on Monday..dumb money panic,,2 days away from news..why has HRT 11 results been held up
Comment by jimbo29 on May 13, 2013 4:29pm
Would be nice for a change that these traders get burned, sad to say that the only stock I have that did ok today was FMS must of been a miracle. Have to say that right when we have 2 drills going and expecting results soon all this BOD changes are a bit concerning. Not sorry to see MM go but Wagner HMMMMM. Retracement today was on heavier volume than friday, lets see what pans out tomorrow we may ...more
Comment by VanWilder1 on May 13, 2013 4:39pm
Actually, volume today across all exchanges was about 1/2 of Fridays volume spike.   Torono and Pinks up, up Bovespa only around 1/2....down from over 26M
Comment by gusgold on May 13, 2013 4:50pm
what I would like to know is who was doing the buying in the face of mm and perez resigning...cc 2 days away...hrt 11 results not released...something is rotten here
Comment by Oiljars51 on May 13, 2013 5:27pm
What sizes were the bid blocks on ave. today? Did it appear the BB funds were buying or was it camoflaged?
Comment by Ogopogo007 on May 13, 2013 6:07pm
sad to say that the only stock I have that did ok today was FMS must of been a miracle Is there a rumor that GE is stepping down as CEO, taking the rest of his family with him and Grafraud will be 100% owned by Focus?
Comment by jimbo29 on May 13, 2013 6:11pm
No, but wish a big activist investor would buy into FMS and have a watch dog on the board or make changes if stock continues to linger. I'm sure they all voted him back in, after all he bought them coffee and sandwiches.
Comment by robnhood on May 13, 2013 6:25pm
Gus, that's what I wondered as well. Who was buying today. Not here but in Brasil. Mostly the same buyers here that have been buying all along. The volume in Brasil was huge compared to ours. Not many if any here know what is going on.  One guy I sawbought a couple 100,000. He is usually right, but not always.  I think it was just a shot.
Comment by gusgold on May 13, 2013 6:38pm
Hood, When was the last time the ceo and his right hand man of an oil explorer resign with 2 drill bits turning 2 days from a cc where results will be announced...2 obvious outcomes...dusters and the selling was a smart move or the cc announces positive results at HRT 11 or wingat or both in which case the resignations were a set up  giving insiders once last chance to load up cheap
Comment by robnhood on May 13, 2013 6:43pm
I don't know Gus. I think that whatever is going on here borders on criminal negligence. The shareholders are left swinging in the dark while insiders and big funds play their chess moves.  I doubt that it has anything specifically to do with drill results. It has to do with power plays and touchy egos...
Comment by gusgold on May 13, 2013 6:54pm
Hood, I would agree with you if the results were not 2 days away...I mean mm and perez had to know what the market reaction would be today...first mm anounces resignation on friday after the close..then on monday perez delivers the coup de grace
Comment by robnhood on May 13, 2013 7:02pm
Still all big egos. None of these guys need more money, but what they want is more glory and respect. MM has been wrong but refuses to admit that. The big funds want to salvage something from their blind trust error, and who knows what TNK etc are doing. How do you deal with someone who says that they have never made a mistake?
Comment by gusgold on May 13, 2013 7:51pm
Hood, "none of these guys need nore money"..you are kidding right? These wallstreet types are money junkies always looking for another fix..they would sell their mothers into slavery for a big payday...I have never seen anything like this...I believe the resignations are a setup and if I am right fortunes will be made by insiders backing up the truck today... on 5/15..while guys like us. ...more

No balls of steele on this board. Most nuts on here have already seen 90% fall off their hopes, and been like deer in headlights. Zero will almost spell relief..
Comment by gusgold on May 13, 2013 8:07pm
Hood I think with polvo and the big gas discoveries in the solimoes bankruptcy is off the table...HRT will find more gas and smaller quantities of oil in the solimoes and at least one big gas discovery in nam
Comment by robnhood on May 13, 2013 8:11pm
Gus, I hope you are right.
Comment by jim90 on May 14, 2013 11:17am
Pogo you and Jimbo make a fine team. Neither of you were at the AGM, quit posting on the board, and are the biggest complainers. Not even responding to your inbox. What gives, do they like you better on this board? Sure hope you are a contributor here, and not just whining. Oh by the way, there were no sandwiches, just water and coffee. Yes we are happy with the CEO and board of directors, they ...more

Yes we are happy with the CEO and board of directors, they all were voted in Has the BOD ever asked....GE..why should FMS lend Grafraud $$ and FMS shareholders don't own 100% of it? Why doesn't GE make his rewards the same way as shareholders....by increasing share value? Perhaps just a lightweight BOD, Corp Governance is quite low, henge the Managment Cease-Trading Order las year MM's ...more
